Is there a kit or a wiring diagram available for a Solar Panel Charger?
My 2016 3500 Laramie has been sitting a lot lately and I'm wanting to keep the batteries from discharging to far.

I'm not aware that any of the cigarette lighters are active with the engine OFF or a way to change that so I'm wondering if there is a wire inside I can tap that is live with KO? So I can add a 12V outlet inside and find a solar panel to place on the dash inside.

My 2016 3500 Laramie doesn't seem to have a 12 port that is live with the Key Off but that's another problem.

Worked great for the truck, not so much for my marriage because she saw that as me saying I couldn't rely on her (which was unfortunately true lol). If you don't have a 12v constant it also comes with battery clamps:

Thanks for the reply.
I would just add another outlet as I would prefer to have it all working from the inside and just may need an always on 12V for something else.

obtw - I saw one at Harbor Freight too.

Move the cigar lighter 12v socket fuse f90/f91 over one slot, it will become hot all the time
I wasn't sure what you were talking about but my mechanic knew. The one with the slot is for the rear outlet in my truck so we jumped it.
