Out of curiosity, has anyone replaced the rear sliding window with a solid window?

I went the other way on my old 13 regular cab, replaced the solid rear window with a slider.Out of curiosity, has anyone replaced the rear sliding window with a solid window?
Yeah I know it doesn't change size I'm just thinking about doing it because I'm sick of dealing with the water leakWould assume you can do that, since the opening doesn't change size.
as much as i do enjoy the open sliding window im tired of dealing with the water leak from the cracked frame. The window was replaced 3 years ago and it needs it again now. I hate the fact I paid for the slider when I bought the truck but I'm sick of the water leaksI went the other way on my old 13 regular cab, replaced the solid rear window with a slider.
I replaced the solid window with an aftermarket slider, but that was going on 12 years ago now.The regular cabs use a manual slider. I've never heard of anybody really having any leak issues with the manual sliders,it seems to be more of an issue with the power sliding windows then anything.Wonder if a manual slider would fix your issuesas much as i do enjoy the open sliding window im tired of dealing with the water leak from the cracked frame. I did and it's notI am sure you checked but could the leak be from the Third Brake Light ?
It's dripping down the glass but yes I'm aware of those tooWhile tossing suggestions, rear cab wall vents also
About the only time I use the slider is it handy if you need a length or 4 of 14ft door trim, or base board, towel on the dash and trim thru the window and tie strap at end gate.
I have never seen any leaks on mine.
That would be me , my truck, they are on their own.Or with a passenger after a chilli-eating fest.
.
The issue has been resolved on the replacement sliding glass window assemblies, at least for sure on an OEM replacement. I'm guessing the aftermarkets are good, too. It's dripping down the glass but yes I'm aware of those too
