Sounds like a combo of warped drums and maybe weak wheel cylinders.

I understand warped drums causing problems but how would weak cylinders cause anything like that?

The sluggish starts. If it feels like its holding back after a stop it sounds like the wheel cylinders arent retracting completely and still holding the brakes on until a little while and they release. When you did the brakes did you do a master install kit with the new springs and everything?

I did the springs yes. I didnt do the adusters because they didnt have any. Maybe i should just replace the cylinders? And with my rough idle....Im beginning to think its a vacuum leak. I say that because my heater controls take a little while to switch.

^^^^Thats a good indicator there. Or could be a bad check valve. Totally possible. But your rears didn't have adjusters in them or the parts store was out of them? I would see if you could back the adjusters back a few clicks and see if that helps.

Have you checked the compression by chance? Mine had a slightly rough idle and almost sounded like a miss but it wasn't missing. Turns out I had high carbon buildup on one of the cylinders.

I have the adjusters ...the parts store dint have any so i just reused them. I might try taking them back a click. Is a compression test something i can do myself?

I was just out driving around and now the truck drives as if all the wheels are wobbling around. That is what it feels like anyway. I'm not sure if it's because I need shocks...but it feels more like a shake. I'm not sure what it is.

I recorded a short video of what my oil light is doing. Maybe it'll help explain my problem?

That's the first thing I did.
