Spare fuse F101

Dont know if this is the right place to post this but in my fuse box, 2018 laramie, there is fuse f101, listed as spare, no fuse in it but both contacts are there so there must be a wire some where in the truck that this goes to. does any one know where this terminates or does someone have a schematic that I can find the end, i want to use it for the wake up on my air lift, thanx

The F101 fuse in my truck is listed as: ECCM/SMART HI BEAMS

Does anyone know where or who I can get a schematic from so i can find out where this terminates? Has to be for a 2018 Laramie or if other models are the same
