Spare tire cable

Does anyone know how to remove spare tire cable? I removed spare due to having 35s on my truck and tightened the cable up without it and now i hear it clanging around.

Remove the winch bracket. its held by 2 bolts.

or just cut a short length of pvc and cut a split in it and then you can snug it up in case you ever need to use it again.

I have a 35 spare and it fits in the spare location. Yours didn't fit ?

I don’t have a 35 inch spare. It was stock tire that was under there

Yup, I just took entire brackets, etc off.
