Never did. Some have with no problems, others have had problems. I tried E3 plugs on a 97 ram 360 with no increase in performance or mpg. Stay with the stock copper plugs in my honest opinion.

I have e3s in my hemi and I absolutely love them but I’m not sure if it’s just them because i installed a full msd system at the same time

Theres no magical spark plug that'll give you horsepower or any kind of performance, yes you can do a step colder if needed for boosted applications, but the plug is only part of the ignition equation. Your coils is what gives you the "zap" for ignition.
If you're stock or even mildly modded stock plugs still work the best. I had a nasty modded stg 1 SRT4 and still ran copper plugs, they worked the best

E3s are a waste of money. Like stated above unless I was spraying or ran boost I would stay with cooper champions.

I recently had a failed map sensor and fouled a bunch of E3's......went with copper Autolites.
I also have full MSD.
