speaker recommendation

I got everything installed and I must say I wasn't impressed with the Alpine 6X9's bass response. I have them crossed over a lot. I have a single type S ten in a box that I accidently put a hole in when I was screwing it in......I'm giving it away wt the box if anyone is interested. Pick up only. Because of the lack of bass response from the 6X9's I went with the loaded mtx thunderform. It sounds pretty good matched up with the 6x9's.

Yeah if you are used to a subwoofer 6x9's will never get the base response that you are looking for.
