Wanting to upgrade my Speedometer to the 7” display. But I need the 7” display one reprogrammed to my original miles and idol hours. And possibly change my tire size to 35’s? Is there any vendors that can do this or?

It would be cheaper and better for you in the long run to invest in the AlfaOBD app and perform the correction yourself. If you try to take it to a dealer, they can change the mileage BUT must use a third party by federal law and there may be unnecessary core charges involved (they also require that the vehicle remain locked on their lot during the correction). You can perform both the odometer correction and tire size changes yourself with the AlfaOBD app. You will need an OBDII adapter and the recommended adapter is on sale today (this is the only time of year they typically go on sale). You will also need a Security Gateway Module Bypass cable for any 2018+ model year.Wanting to upgrade my Speedometer to the 7” display. These laws apply to commercial enterprises federally (a dealership cannot legally alter/correct an odometer in house) but their are no restrictions for individuals to correct their mileage as they please. Any laws that would effect the individual would come in the form of fraud if they tried to falsify an odometer reading and then sell the vehicle without disclosing the variance in writing to the buyer.I am not sure about Arizona's rules of Law on Speedometers ..................
It seems that it is a Federal Law
In California there are Speedometer Shops, they rebuild & replace
They also have the Authority to Verify that there was Speedometer work done.
That piece of Paper must be kept in your Vehicle
Dealerships can also do the same thing, i do not know what they may charge

My statement was only meant to say that there is no restriction on an individual to change their odometer to whatever they please. Correcting/matching odometer readings is not fraud and is only illegal for dealerships.this comes from NHTSA, ( U.S. Federal Gov't )
Odometer Fraud Laws Committing odometer fraud is a crime. The federal government passed a law that requires a written disclosure of the mileage registered on an odometer be provided on the title by the seller to the purchaser when the ownership of a vehicle is transferred.

The funny thing is, the odometer isn't even an authoritative source on mileage. There are at least four or five places the mileage is stored and while different in each location they are close in miles. If you by chance do alter the mileage, just mark the title TMU. True mileage unknown. You probably take a ding on value but depending on vehicle age, maybe not.
