Hey Guys. I’m currently running a Spintech 9000 muffler with no resonators on my 14 hemi and don’t get me wrong it sounds great but I still don’t think it is loud enough. I was just wondering if someone is running the same setup with headers and wouldn’t mind sharing there thoughts and possibly a video. Thanks in advance.

I had the Spintech 9000 on my 2013 ram and put Kooks headers on and it sounded like CRAP! Went from a nice deep rumble to a Really loud Honda civic with a bad muffler. The Spintech is designed for a stock system and will not flow enough air because its a chamber muffler, and the added air flow/pressure made it sound really horrible. I ended up with the Magna Flow, sounded better but was still restrictive in my opinion. Best the Kooks ever ran waqs when I had No muffler, just straight piped.

Agreed, go with a magnaflow.

Go with any straight thru design over chambered. magnaflow, carven, borla, etc...

I got gibson mwa race muffler on my truck, its 84 db outside at 4000 rpm. Spintech makes a probullet muffler now, looks a bit like a glasspack. Pypes m80s are loud, not as loud as the Gibson, but good bang for buck.
