spring assist rear shocks

does anyone make a spring assist rear shock for the late model rams?

ran them on my 2nd gens for when I hauled my bike in the back and would like a
pair for my new to me 2013

I thought Gabriel would have something, but they don't show anything for a Gen4 Ram. Probably better off getting some air springs.
