Squeaking sound after replacing cv axle

I have a 2006 Dodge ram 1500 and I recently replace the CV axle and now it has a God awful squeaking sound to it. don’t know what it is. I need help.

If it squeals when moving, check to see if the backing plate got bent and is touching the rotor.

Were the splines in good shape coming out of the front differential? And did you put grease on them before putting the cv axle on? I got mine new from auto zone.Not re manufactured. I also replaced them as a set.
