So I’m at my wits end, I have an open case with Ram. This is a drivability issue that depending on who you talk to it’s normal, or have also been told is that there is no fix as of right now. Either way it’s excessive slop somewhere and know I can definitely notice it in when I put it in reverse. So that’s one problem and have had multiple other things fixed and some not. I’ll fight that fight, the dealership has been great, and have bought from them before and happy with the service I have received.
But now the call center will not answer calls or transfer me to the US, and this is even after I was told a US supperviser would contact me. Every time I talk to Customer care they say wait for the call back in 3 days, then they don’t call back.
Does anyone know any alternative US numbers to talk too. I have contacted my dealer and they are also looking into it. But this has gone on long enough.
I would greatly appreciate any help.

I'm just going to post a shortened version what I posted in another thread recently:

Welcome to the new normal of Stellantis...

You can see my experience here: https://www.ramforum.com/threads/ramcare-and-ram-remain-useless.218738/#post-3020864

In short, Ram Cares is useless. You'll get no help from them and just passed around with a meaningless assurance it's been 'escalated'. The *only* thing that finally got it taken care of was emailing Tim Kuniskis (CEO of Ram) and his executive assistant. I still had to do the legwork of finding a transmission in stock at another dealership and refusing to go away or be quiet until they agreed to ship the in stock transmission to the repairing dealership.

Thank you and I agree at this point.
Sad thing is they have replaced the transmission and didn’t fix the problem it made it better but not fixed.

Thanks for doing the legwork to get his email, I think that anyone who can not get results from ram cares less , should absolutely contact him.

This is the contact info for his current executive assistant:

Nick Cappa
Office: (248) 512-4266
Cell: (248) 202-8039
[email protected]

[email protected] for Tim, but be sure to include both.

I went from:
Service advisor
Service manager
Ramcares (multiple times from here on)
General manager
Dealership owner
Cappa/Kuniskis email

Which put me in touch with Vanessa in Executive Customer Service who finally got it resolved.

Thank you so much for the information, this has been more stressful than raising two kids alone.

Stellantis Customer Care is an oxymoron. There was a time, a few years ago, when they were great help. If the new CEO of Stalantis North America wants to help fix their sales problems, firing every member of customer service and starting over would help.

I like many of us had tried numerous online research ways to contact a District Manager or Corporate contact information. I even tried Facebook Messager. I want to thank you for the contact information you provide. I emailed a copy of my ABS modular and Electronic failure letter to the email addresses and within 2 days I received a phone call from Corporate. Again thank you!! I'll know the resolve after Friday May the 1st when the part comes in which took almost 5 months :(
