Phew. Just went through the whole engine bay, and found a ground that was loose. The main ground for the Computer unit. Tightened that up, and took it for a test drive. No problems.

Ground problems suck. I just spent 2 days and found 3 bad ground on mine that were giving me all kinds of hell

where is the ground wire for the pcm?

Booo to ground problems.

Get some good contact cleaner and some corrosion preventing spray.

With the plug wires I've had them short out in the socket on one of my old cars. One day fine the next I was lobbing a dead cylinder around.
