Starter hesitation

Hello, New to the forum. I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 with the 6.7 fist diesel I have owned. So lately when starting truck there is a random hesitation. When turning the key ignition some times there is nothing and then trying it again it starts. Doesn't do it all the time just randomly. It's been a great truck no problems. 900000 on the odometer. I had it for 2 years It's like new only had 34000 miles . Has anyone experienced this trouble? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I should gave more info. Both batteries have been replaced, I've cleaned and check all the connections including all the grounds on motor and frame . Starting to think maybe the ignition switch.

My 03 5.7 1500 has done the same thing since I bought it in 07
Also my 2011 5.7 1500 company truck did it
