Hey guys, sorry im out of my territory on this one (second gen guy) but my dads got an 04 2500 with the factory Infinity system, with the steering wheel controls. The left control works great, but the right one is veryyyyy sensitive when you turn down the volume...all you have to do is rest your finger over the top of the button for it to work, and sometimes it gets stuck and keeps going down when you take your finger off of it. Also, the middle part of the button to change modes on the stereo isnt working.
Over the past couple weeks, hes been having trouble with the 6disc changer getting stuck. So bc of this, hes been switching out stereos with ones that are rebuilt or new off of Ebay. Theyre still all factory stereos though. Any ideas what could be causin the button problem though? How hard is it to replace?
