Three weeks ago I purchased a new 2025 1500 longhorn. I have only put 250 miles on it. The rest of the time it has been at the dealership!!! Check engine light three times. Turns out when a connector was put together a pin was pushed out. Now it it the rf hub. The dealer couldn't find the second key, so they ordered one. They have had it for a total of seven days and two trips. Turns out that the rf hub in my 2025 was manufactured in 2014 and is completely out of date!! Really! Took it Tuesday and they can't program the new one because Stellantis will not give them authorization!! Their story, not mine! I called customer support this morning. Ove the period of almost two hours I talked to a lady from Indonesia, one from Belize, and a man in Florida. He called the dealer and told me exactly what I already knew! ELEVEN NEW CHRYSLER CARS SINCE 1984 AND THIS WIL BE THE LAST!!!

Document everything. Might want to consult with a lemon lawyer as to what hurdles you need to meet in your state. Hopefully, they can fix your truck, but in case they cannot document everything.

Indonesia and Belize - sounds like the same crap as all the other consumer service sites. I agree with “that sucks”. Sounds like the dealer needs to demand that Stellantis sends a factory technician to their shop to program the damn thing.

I had issues with my 2022 but not to the that extent. I sent an email to customer care and never spoke to anyone outside the US. They had my truck for 6 of the first 22 months I owned it. They finally fixed the issues and compensated me for the loss of use. You need to persevere

Get ahold of your state attorney general. This issue on your truck is BS.

Buy a new car get a massive screwin'. Not a new story, the clowns running Stellaris, Ford, and GM are not gonna learn until they go out of business. Or as I told the underwriter at the Dodge dealership when they did a required inspection on my 2009 Ram (required in order to maintain my lifetime warranty) when he informed me that replacing a burned out license plate light would cost $269.00 to replace "because you know, they have to pull the bumper": One of these days son, you're gonna look at this lot where this Dodge dealership is now, see a Burger King, and wonder what ever happened to Dodge.
