My stock headlights don't seem to be bright enough for me so what are some good alternative headlights?

Do a search on headlights, you will find a vast amount of good information on options to take.

What is your budget? LED's for the low beams at least will be a nice upgrade and not break the bank. HID' s in projectors is a real nice upgrade, but can get real expensive if you are not comfortable doing the retrofit yourself. For something like that check out retroshop.us

Do you have quads or projectors?

I did BrightSource LED 6000k's in my 2014 1500 Sport for low and high beam w/ projectors. What a difference! The stock halogens are terrible.

I'm upgrading my stock quads to OEM projectors and adding a drop in HID kit from retro shop. I'll let you know if it's worth it. Anythings gotta be better than the bs quad output on my Express lol

Did you have any clearance issues in the projector light housing fitting the LED bulbs? Also after install did the throw and error or codes on dash?

I use these,

Sylvania zXe Low, High & Fog Bulbs

Brighter and much whiter light seems to light up the road better than stock.

Very easy to install as well

Yes sir!! It's so awesome being able to see at night. I haven't had to turn my fogs back on since the swap. Before they were the only way I could see 4ft in front of me. Well worth the money and time. Not to mention JJs customer service is amazing.

I have an LED thread posted a couple of days ago in this sub forum. The bulbs I used fit in the stock housing and provide a good amount of light and a stock beam pattern. I like them, but they're not as bright as HIDs.

I didn't want to spend the cash for proper HIDs.

Agreed. My quads are no worse than any other oem headlight I have owned

I agree ^^ I did the same since I just wanted something whiter and well better than stick and yeah it's not the best but it's something better.

I know hid and led is the best way to go but if you don't don't want to worry about them failing or anything just a bulb replacement will do.

Good luck!

No clearance issues, plug and play. The kit included a decoder so no error codes.

I have projectors in my 16 Sport
I changed my headlights to the philips 9011 HIR bulbs and am pleased.
High beams are extremely bright. I'll get a pic later.

Here is low beam.
