I have projectors in my 16 Sport
I changed my headlights to the philips 9011 HIR bulbs and am pleased.
High beams are extremely bright. I'll get a pic later.

Here is low beam.

Did you have to do any trimming on the bulbs plug?

Lots of options...LED, I just haven't found any that are "there" yet.....HID is killin' it ;)

We have plenty of HID kits in stock, ready to ship - and of course, we specialize in Rams!

Yeah, there are markings on the tabs to show how much needs to be trimmed. It takes 2 seconds with a pair of dikes or nail clippers.

Well worth the upgrade and cost. I'll be doing the fog lights as well, 9006 > 9012 HIR.

I can't find anybody in my neck of the woods to install the HID system and when it comes to electrical I'm a little hesitant to do it myself.

I'm confused. I have a 2016 Rebel and it takes 9005 in the lows and highs, not 9006. Would a 9012 fit with just a little trim? Also, I had the HIR bulbs in my 14 Sport and I don't remember them being that white?

Well then I just might be getting a hold of you soon. HID's sound like the best option.

Thats cause your 14 had 9012 HIR bulbs, the 9011 HIR bulbs are higher wattage. For the rebel, i guess fiat did the same in rams, first i hear of it though. But in the cherokees they had the same 9012 bulbs then late 15 models changed to 9005, wife has a 16 and still has 9012's in it.

Yeah, I actually just ordered the 9011 HIR1 bulbs to replace my 9005 bulbs. They should be much brighter. I just need to trim one of the tabs a little bit.

Yes. The 2015+ with projector headlights will have 9005 bulbs for low/high- which a 9011 HIR will fit. 2300 lumens bright

The fog lights are 9006, which the 9012 HIR will fit. 1850 lumens bright

I have a Rebel, which has these led fog lights instead.

Hi guys, my headlights have a single light bulb for low and high beam (09 ST) Can't find anything, any recommendations? I was ready to get the 9011 but they won't work. Don't wanna spend a lot of money on this. Thanks!

I install a HID kit from Retro Systems, and it was a piece of cake. It is really easy to do, because the wiring harness is connected together when you get it, so you will know where the connectors go.

You need to buy H13 bulbs. Phillips CrystalVision H13 Bulbs were the best out of all the bulbs I tried in my 06 Ram with h13s in it. You can get them from Amazon next day delivery for around $30.

They are bright white with a very slight hint of blue at certain angles. I run them in my 2012 9006 fog lights and they are insanely bright. Here is a picture of the Phillips CrystalVision 9006 in my fogs.

I haven't changed my H13's yet because I ordered a set of custom retrofit quads from JJ at TRS and I didn't want to waste money on bulbs that would be useless on the quads. If I didn't buy the Retrofit Quads I would have got the Phillips CrystalVision for the low/high.

No problem... I'm telling you, you will love the Phillips CrystalVision bulbs. They are so bright for being a halogen and they truely are white with a very slight blue tint from the side angles (the bulb glass is tinted blue).

The picture does them little justice. I can (and have) driven with just my fogs and it looks like I'm driving with my low beams on, yes they are that bright and good.

I never once got flashed with the CrystalVision H13 high/low's and 9006 fog lights on my 06 for the 3+ months I had them in there and I've yet to get flashed with the 9006 in the fogs of my 12' going on 9 days now, so aslong as your headlights are aimed properly you should be good.

They are halogen.... you won't blind any oncoming drivers unless your headlights are insanely off center.
