Just purchased 2016 and in stored messages there is a perform service message. A couple questions. Is the stored messages area a history or is it the actual message indicating service needs to be performed. The owners manual does not address the 'stored messages folder' at all that I can find going through it. The manual does state that the message Perform Service will show on the DID when service is needed. Also I see the information on clearing the message, but is that the same for clearing history? thanks for any insight.
