theres a 5% grade i climb occasionally and when i do the engine misses/stutters. it doesnt do this anywhere else. OBD code gives me high fuel signal. i get 20 gallons into the tank and it shows less than a third. other problems, abs and brake light are on. I assuume its the rear speed sensor.

ABS light is the rear speed sensor, most likely. Stuttering could be O2 sensors, or ignition. The fuel level could be the pump assembly itself, or possible electrical issue. Check those first.
