Two sides done and drying. And I'm using this glue.

Started at around 1:45 finished at 3 something. I did let each panel dry for about 10 minutes before going on to then next.
I'll put in the sub tomorrow with some T-nuts and stainless bolts.

Well I Finished completely yesterday. I forgot to put photos up though. I used some tee nuts and stainless machine screws to mount the sub in and it worked beautifully. Also when wiring it up, I realized it was wrongly wired last time. It still should have been at the 2ohms I was looking for, but now its wired as the manual says it should be. First impression of doing a simple multimeter amp tune was that this things sounds great! It picks up the higher tones that the old box just couldn't. Hopefully soon I can get it tuned right then see how it sounds.
Here was my setup to make sure the wood didn't splinter from drilling.

All installed and ground down to fit flush.

And with the sub put in.

I don't get it in town. Audio express wouldn't sell it to me and upholstery shops didn't have it.

I bought it on amazon for about 15 bucks. It last me for two big boxes. So it was well worth it.
