Tail light harness

I have a 2015 and the harness socket that the bulb socket plugs into has a loose internal wire. These are sealed and I can't figure out how to repair it. When I wiggle the middle white wire the turn signal and brake light works, so I know it's something loose inside.

For the life of me I can't find a replacement. I am not talking about the socket that the bulb goes into, I can find those everywhere, I need the part that is actually connected to the wiring harness. See the picture.

I am hoping I can just get this part and splice it on to the harness.
