Tail light problem!

Alright folks I need some help. I have a 2004 dodge ram 1500. Recently I bought aftermarket taillights and was pulled over last night for having a running light out. On the passenger side. Today I put my old stock ones back in to check and see if it's the bulb or what. The stock ones were the same way. The brake light worked, and reverse light worked just not the middle bulb. Which makes me think that it's not the brandnew bulb I got with the new taillights. I then went and checked all the fuses under the good and they were all good. Is there any other fuse boxes anywhere else on the truck, or any other problem/ solution I could me missing. Thanks in advance.

Get an ohm meter or a test light and see if you have power on the running light wire. If not follow it back until you find the problem. Be sure to check the pins in the light plug for a bent or missing pin.
