Tapping

Thought I had an exhaust leak on the driver's side replaced gasket with a new fel pro tightened from center to the outside still tapping like an exhaust leak but with tire and fender well out it sounds like a valve anybody run across this

How many miles? Any CEL's at higher RPM's or when working it hard? Does it feel down on power? Does it go away after a couple minutes? Need more info to say for sure.
