TC locking and unlocking rapidly!

Hi all! Finally found some time to install my Edge 3000 stall TC this weekend, ordered it from Moe's in Dec of last year. Install went super smooth, truck runs hard and you feel the power getting to the ground. Like everything else done to my truck, should have done this a long time ago. Only problem that it's giving me is at low speeds... Shifting from 1st to 2nd... If I give it half throttle the TC locks and unlocks rapidly. So I let off the throttle, pullover and check the fluids and all is fine. Now I go and do a WOT pass and it's fully locked during the WOT run which is the way it should be. Any ideas what this could be?

does it lock between the gears? or locks it into first gear. im not understanding.

Hi. Wish I could tell you if it TC locks in between gears. During light exceleration from 1st gear to 2nd, transmission shifts no problem it's when under load in 2nd the TC feels like its locking and unlocking rapidly, in other words the TC stutters rapidly until I let off the throttle
