Very nice,look really good.

Thanks. In a week or two I’m going to have a video showing off these lights on my YouTube channel. I will also be posting a video the week after with a headlight showdown; AlphaRex G2 Luxx | vs | AlphaRex G2 Quad D2S Retrofit | vs | OEM Quads H1 8.0 Retrofit | vs | OEM Quads with Halogens. Full breakdown of each lights, footage of output comparisons and quality tests, etc.

FYI these will be listed in the for sale section by the end of the week. I have a new custom built set of the AlphaRex Luxx Pro Series going on my truck tomorrow so I’ll be selling this set to recoup some of my money.

If interested, please wait until they are listed in the for sale section. Thank you.

Tres Kool! I kinda like the other ones too. I was hoping, since you do retrofit stuff that maybe you were going to use those as the base but add a second strip up top. Best of both worlds. But I also like the G2s so either way I'm looking forward to all the details. I bought parts to do a retrofit and then life interceded.

What do you mean “add a second strip up top”? The first pair I built (this thread) was the original AlphaRex style with only bottom DRL and the top was amber only turn signal. I swapped everything out and now the top and bottom are both DRL at the same time and both are sequential turn signal. There is also RGB strips in them aswell as RGB demon eyes and of course the D2S projectors and stuff.

As for the new Luxx lights, they are already top + bottom DRL from AR.

Gonna need to see more pics of those ASAP please

Lol well right now I am filming a ton of videos with these lights + other retrofits going head to head against each other, about another week and I’ll be done and I’ll be putting these onto my truck and that’s when I’m gonna post more pics + a full install and review video on these breaking down everything. So just subscribe to this thread to know when I post more pics or subscribe to my YouTube channel to see the video on these when it comes out.

New lights are in the truck... here’s some daytime pics:

The sun glare was outrageous and I couldn’t get good photos with my iPhone. Tomorrow I’m gonna use my Canon DSLR and get some high res photos properly shot.

Loving the clear corners, they look amazing during the day and awesome at night.

Also love the brighter DRL’s with the harness. They are stupid bright.

Wow!!
Looks better than the Morimoto’s!
You do great work! Love the blackout on the grill and lights, really makes your fire red pop! Are you going to do the fogs next?

Thank you, and I havnt messed with my fogs because honestly, the oem fog light housings are insane bright. I have a set of Opt7 Fluxbeam X LED’s in there and I could probably drive at night with just them. They are aimed perfectly and really light up the road at a low height for a long distance. I havnt felt the need to upgrade them.

On sale, I was referencing the 5th gen look lights which have only one strip on the bottom and 4 ice cube looking drls where the second projector would normally be I like those but prefer the strip on top/ bottom look. A symmetry thing. Lol. Can you pm me where you found those clear corners. They are sick/slick!

What lights do you have now? Stock projectors? It’s super easy to swap the oem led boards for some switchback or even rgbwa boards which are switchback + RGB.

Unfortunately Opt7 appears to not be selling the Fluxbeam LED’s in any size but H11, so I can’t link you to the ones I bought for the fogs.

But here is a really good alternative that I have personally used and they work really well for high beam and fogs.

HIKARI Ultra LED Headlight Bulbs Conversion Kit -H11(H8,H9), Prime LED 12000lm 6K Cool White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077BT6M6Z/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_S67IFbPQ81X7V

Very nice, all I did with my 1st gen alpharex lights Is put katana LEDs for low beam and Oedro LEDs for my fogs, been happy with it like that. That's some excellent custom work, beyond my talents. The grill R A M led letters they sell Red for like $59. Also the upper grill LEDs, they make tinted white LEDs that fit just like the amber ones, I had to reverse wires, pos and neg were backwards but plugged into harness and was exact fit. Think I paid about $10 for 3. The flat black grill will start turning a grayish ashey look, mine did after a year, so I went over it with some plastic paint and turned out very good and didn't take long
