Those stripes are stickers stuck on my original paint. Good eyes haha. I am waiting for the plasti dip to cure fully and next weeken I wil mask those off and do them in black.

Looks good. But watch out for the jerk that recognizes its plastidip and start peeling away.

I like that color though. Looks like the new 2500 blue color.

Argray90, if you go to Plastidips website you can search for authorized dealers.

Thanks guys. As we speak I'm on the fourth coat on my front wheels. And on the weekend I'm going to mask off those stripes and spray them in black.

Make sure you update in a month or so just curious to see how it turns out. The shop here quoted me $995 plus tax to do my truck. I think I'll wait and try to find a place to do it myself.

Black rims. And for sure ill update. We get lots of crappy weather here in Saskatchewan so that will really put it up to the test. Slush snow salt and ice.

That trucks looks great! Let me know how your rims hold up. Mine fell apart but I'm not sure if maybe there was tire cleaner residue or if it's just the way my chrome clad rims are shaped. I cleaned my rims with Bleach White cleaner and let dry, then cleaned them with alcohol and let dry again. Drove it to town the other day and one peeled itself free and two other rims managed to get air pockets under them. So I peeled it all and was bummed, lol.

So it's been about a month, and I thought I would update you fellas on the truck. We have had frost overnight here in Sask for the last few days and I noticed the dip coming loose where the bottom of the hood scoop is. I'm thinking what happened is when we sprayed, the plasti dip stuck to the black plastic of the hood scoop and left a small gap allowing moisture in and frost to expand and lift the dip off the truck. Other Than the hood there is only a small spot on the rear bumper where it peeled a bit. Must be something with the plastic I guess. For the wheels all I did was pressure wash them and wipe them down with a micro fibre cloth hah. They are holding up good.
