Anyone on here an 6.4 hemi expert? Working on a 2016 Ram and after putting the drivers side head and intake back on. Oil temp reads stupid high and nothing showing for the coolant temp, or trans temp in the HUD even after sitting overnight. Temp gauge is pegged hot, warning message for trans being hot. Service Electronic throttle message. It feels like a wiring issue or I missed a ground but I haven't found anything. Any help is appreciated.

Grounds reattached properly ?
Where are they located? I don't recall disconnecting any grounds just unplugging coils, injectors, TB, air temp sensor, egr sensor, and MDS solenoids under the intake.

Think you are onto something. Is the reference signal for the MAP shared with the temp sensors?
Believe they all come out of PCM individually with the ref signal high and the sensor brings the voltage down to ground, at some point.

Very good engine to body and to battery neg is essential on these trucks. All three need to bonded together as one system for things to work correctly.

Or could be operator error.

Glad you found it.
