Thinking or retrofit projectors

So I am thinking of putting HID in my truck with projectors. I am just on the fence on weather the price tag is worth the difference. So I am asking anyone that has done this to their truck to weigh in on weather or not there is a great improvement and is the improvement worth the price. Thanks in advance.

I haven't done my Ram yet, but I did my Jeep Renegade Trailhawk, my F-150, and my Ranger when I had each of them, and I can assure you 1,000%, it is worth every penny and then some LED bulbs or anything like that are no comparison to a proper head retrofit.

I've done two HID retrofits on Ram pickups and, YES, the retrofit was well worth the money.

Resurrecting this one. Any suggestions on a set of headlights? I just inherited a 2008 Ram 1500 with very low miles, but the florida sun has killed the oem headlights. Not partial to hids due to legalities so thinking leds behind a projector. Any ideas?

When you say the Florida sun has killed the headlights, are you talking the outer clear plastic lens or what's inside?

If you get a set of TYC replacement headlights and then retrofit a set of MLED's in them, then you could have significant improvement.
