Not sure any of you guys south of the border ever heard about the Gimli glider,but it was quite the story for us Canuck drag racers. Hollywood actually turned it into a movie a few years ago. Damn i'm getting old,i remember when they landed this plane on the Gimli dragstrip,which originally was an airstrip.
