Thoughts on Covercraft Sun Shades-

Hello all-

I just picked up a beauty of a Power Wagon last week. I live in SoCal, so a sunshade is a necessity out here to hold down the interior temps (particularly with the black dash).

I use a Covercraft UVS100 in my mustang and I love it. Anyone here have one in their 2500 / 3500?

I'm a bit confused by the options on the website showing
-With large 10 inch wide sensor attached to rearview mirror
-With small 5 inch wide sensor attached to rearview mirror
-Without sensor with standard rearview mirror

By my measure, the gizmo on the windscreen behind my mirror is ~7" wide. I've got level 2 trim, but I don't have the advanced safety package/lane-keeping/etc... I can post a picture later today.

Should I go with the large or small sensor size??

I do and it's awesome. It fits like a glove. I got the silver one. I also had one for 13 years in my old 2007 Ram and that to was awesome. Go ahead and order for sure. Mine did get made and delivered way quicker than the estimate they show on their site.

Yep, I had ordered the larger 10" one and had to return it, the 5" opening was the one for my Laramie...

I've had one for 5 yrs now had it on my F-150, and fit on my truck like a glove it has the 5 in opening, I wouldn't purchase from anyone else quality sunshade.
