Not good for serious towing? I agree with that. But not good for serious trail running? You can't be further from the truth. What trail are you running you can't get by on a tank of gas?
Does it come with 32gal tank? My 2500 does and fuel is never an issue for me when out running around on trails. I mean if you’re going over landing.... even then you’re eventually going to hit or cross a spot where gas is available. I believe we have a longer range than jeeps lol

I have an '18 in Mojave Tan. This is an awesome truck! I have tried it out a little off road and the only thing I have towed is tourists out of the sand on the beach. I agree with alot of other posts, the standard features take "the need to mod" away! I have owned several of the new HEMIs in other vehicles in the 5.7, 6.1 and car 6.4 configuration. To the new owner, the gas mileage will improve. Ours is currently in the dealership to correct some quality and drivability issues. If I planned on towing a large trailer I would have bought the Cummins.

The most I've ever pumped with gas light screaming at me was 28 gals. I'm sure there was a gallon or two more in the tank.

I just got back from a 650 round trip camping/fly fishing trip in Arizona's largest national forest. As much time as I spent off road off the grid, I'd gas up when I went into town for ice, beer, supplies, etc. Even then, I might have been down 1/2 tank. I never pass gas in the Wagon, especially if I'm towing. I do wish they had a larger or second tank, but as it stands, I'd never consider the truck obsolete for trail use.

I agree. And yep I’ve never burned more than half a tank while out exploring. And that’s a long day. Although now it’s warm in az so maybe the windows up and ac going will make a little diff but not a half tank diff

As someone who lives in AZ and has done some pretty decent wheeling during the summer, I've never worried about gas with windows up and AC on full blast. What you DO have to worry about in this heat is the truck overheating, especially if you're at a crawling pace for an extended period of time. That is my only big issue in the designing of the truck. They should have put the hood vents from the Rebel on these trucks and an additional section in the center near the back of the hood like what they showed on the SEMA Macho Wagon. And yes, those vents are functional on the Rebel. I've got a couple buddies with Rebels who I've wheeled with. Before I get my anti glare vinyl done on the truck I'm gonna be cutting and installing those vents to get some extra hot air relief and hopefully more airflow to prevent this in the future.

What weight distribution hitch do you recommend?

I pull a Fury 2910 toy hauler!

Fully loaded I’m just under 11,000lbs! (A bit over...)

My tongue weight is just over 1000lbs! (A bit over...)

I installed bags and cradles! Bags are at 35-40 psi!(depends on how much water is in 80gal tank...tongue weight!)

Equalizer 1200 WD! No sway ever! Tows well, brakes well! No pucker ever, even when “panic” braking for idiots!

I’m very happy and comfortable towing my camper 8-10 times a year! No worries!

Bad ass! Is that SxS in the back end of your camper for "a toy hauler with living quarters" or is that a different trailer?

The garage is 10’! (120”) RZR 900(50” wide) is 115 1/2, bumper to bumper! Ramp turns into a patio! Pull down screen door keeps the bugs out! I had to remove the railings to get the RZR to fit!

Two couches drop down from ceiling, or fold flat to the walls! They open into a double bed! I’ve been told it’s quite comfortable to sleep on!

Front of trailer is a double bed with two closets and overhead storage!

I’ll see if I can find more pics!

All aluminum and fiberglass exterior...no wood!

4000 watt Onan(Cummins) LP generator! Dual 6 volt batteries...

Longer story!

RZR was a “happy divorce” to me splurge! Snowball started rolling!

RZR didn’t fit the deck of my Jayco Baja pop-up!(Sportsman 500 was tight!) Needed a bigger toy hauler!

The Fury was a little to much for my Tacoma! (ARB lockers, armor, snorkel, OBA, dual isolated batteries...loved that Toy) Didn’t want a diesel puller, couldn’t afford to keep the Toyota(I have a car as a summer “toy”!)

That turned into the PW! My first new vehicle!

Toy and RZR!

(Sorry for rambling on...)

There is a bath that separates the garage from living quarters! Also offers a little privacy to guests!

To the OP! So sorry for jumping on your thread!
That is the most pimpin set up, I'm speech less, and that comes with the divorce package?
Good thing I didn't know that earlier, there's been some days...... That she'd have put my ass to curb and taken her new setup - Wagon, trailer & toys and not even worried about who was going to cook me dinner, sheesh.
Thanks for sharing, super cool, I want one.
The paint job on your Rzr is as impressive as anything, well done man, well done!

OP I owe you a beer or three, thanks for letting us detract, brother!

35 Toyo MT here as well.

Honestly I think that's what the majority of us are running, but I could be wrong. I know there are some BFG KO2 guys and General Grappler X3s out there

Yep. 35 BFG KO2 here. Have run those for years on three different trucks. Expensive but love those tires.

Yes, well built and work great on my lifted 2500's.

Only problem is......with the power wagons Squishy offroad suspension you'll need airbags or a weight distribution hitch if to much weight is applied to the hitch like a camper.

You can see where the rear end is jacked up to set the torsion bars for the hitch. Fun times, but the truck rides level when it's all said and done.
