Could be valve spring, usually lifter tick goes away with rpm, but also a possibility. Video wasn't very good.

To be honest I think your ok. Hemi's are a noisy engine in my opinion. This doesn't sound like the typical lifter failure tick to me. The best place to hear lifter ticks is in the fender well.

It sounds like an exhaust leak or something tapping when i accelerate on the left side. Right side super quiet. But i just had both manifold replace. Maybe they hacked the job ?

you could always take it to another shop to have them look at what the other shop did.

So if the shop used new manifolds or didn't resurface and level the old ones then your still putting on manifolds that will warp. Its a possibility that its already broken a bolt and is leaking. Still need a better video. Take a video in the fender well. Sit the camera on the tire and take video of a cold start (usual a first start in the morning). Thats the best way to take these videos.
