Changing tie rod ends soon. While changing a hub bearing assembly, I noticed some tearing on the tie rod end boot on one side. I figure I'll go ahead and replace both sides, as the tie rods are originals with 200k+ miles on them. Pointers, tips, advice to make the job as easy as possible? Particularly worried about one side or the other being stuck to the steering knuckle.

Either rent or buy a pickle fork. They'll pop right out. If you don't have a pickle fork, you can back the nut off a few turns, and then strike the nut. That will usually pop them out.
