Sup guys!
Well, the garbage stock goodyear tires have worn out and its time for new tires. I'm looking for some nice street tires but the selection for 275/60/20 is pretty limited. Has anyone had/recommend good results with 275/55/20. I know its about an inch shorter in diameter, but hows the ride quality? I don't think an inch will make much difference in wheel well fill. Thanks for any input!

I dont know alot but its gonna open up your wheel wells a smidge, throw off the speed a smidge and your cornering will feel a bit better but the ride might be a wee bit rougher..

That's the stock size on lots of f150s so should have good support from tire companies. Have you thought of going wider than the 275? If you have stock 9 inch wide wheels they can support a bit wider tire. If too wide, a small spacer would be required.

I'm not looking to go wider since its a single cab and I want to keep that street look. If it was a crew cab I would though..
And yeah they're the 9" wide stock 20s

You 2wd? I would reverse level it if so and lower the rear 2 inches. Did that on a previous truck and it looked great while also giving it more of a street truck look. Can be done with 4wd as well.

yes sir, that's the plan 2/4 looks good too, but im trying not to extreme with looks since my 08 silverado got stolen
Now that I have my 2500 watts rms of audio in the truck, its time to work on the visuals

Give me a few days and I will probably have 305 50r20s on mine. Its a 32 12.5same height just more width. What tire are you thinking?

Its not like 275/55/20 are small, low profile tires. They should be fine for the truck and I bet you dont even notice a difference in ride.
