I took my truck to Firestone for a Emmisions test and failed due to my odb scanner not getting power.
I had them check the issue out and found that I had a lot of corrosion on one of the modules that connect under the fuse block. They told me they could not fix it unless I bought a whole new harness which would have costed me 2500. I told the to F off and have been working on this issue at home.

I took of the fuse box and found one of the modules c3 I believe fully corroded. I found 3 wires completely un connected to the module. This is a 42 pin connector and I am having trouble figuring out where these 1.5mm red wires go. I did go on the mopar connection Website but it’s not even showing 3 red wires for the c3 module. Does anyone have a better understanding of each module under the fuse box. There is 4 rectangular ones, ones green, blue, gray and black. The blue one is the one I’m having the corrosion issue with and I am trying to find a home for the 3 loose red wires that where not connected.
My obd doesn’t work and my volume to my radio. So I’m guess two of those 3 wires may be the fix

My truck is a 2017 ram 1500 3.6 l flex fuel.

I cleaned the whole blue connector with some corrosion spray and dialectic grease. It looks great now. I just gotta get these wires connected. Please if anyone can help I’d appreciate it.

The picture I added is a picture off of eBay and it’s the exact same set up as mine. Just an fyi if it helps.

Well first off you took your truck to a Firestone thats 1 issue. They do not hire real mechanics thats like saying you took it to jiffy lube they are tire shops/oil change shops thats it. I would try another scanner to confirm your issue. If you are un able to figure this out i recommend taking it to a local non chain shop or if you have to dealer as alast resort. It is also possible that someone bypassed your fuel pump relay they do fail would explain the cut wires check if you see a relay spliced in anywhere near the tipm I have seen that before But i do not have a diagram to look at rn.
