Took the truck on a weekend trip to Omaha, truck did wonderful! But for now, it’s resting in the garage and waiting for gulf shores next week. Decided to use up some credit limit on the credit car for some Weathertech items. Bought the window visors, floor mats and sun shades. Only the visors have shown up as the other items are on back order. Hopefully they come in next week. Super easy install, should have done this a while ago!



While the truck is relaxing, got the Jeep cleaned up so it can start earning it place at our house! Going to order the window visors for this one as well.

Moe’a had a sale on the Craven Progressive muffler. Been wanting one for years, so I made the purchase. Showed up late on this Saturday. So pumped to put it on tomorrow!!

I did get it on. Sounds awesome. Warm idle, quiet with a rumble. Under throttle it sounds great and not too loud. Only worry for me right now. Cruising 75-80 it has a drone. I'm sure my wife will say something about it. Hopefully, it's something we get accustomed to and not notice on long trips. And it's not too bad, guess it's to be expected with an aftermarket system. Overall, I'm very happy.

Not much new here. Was going to knock out a new set of headlights, but kind of want XB’s if I can find a used set. Can’t afford much right now as my wife is now expecting with our first. So, lots of other expenses right now! Including selling the Jeep, hopefully this week, and picking up a more suitable vehicle.


Anyways, got the tuck cleaned up the best I could for mid 90s with high humidity day. Think next up on the list is to change out the plugs, oil change and might drop in a K&N filter.

Loved having my retrofit over the past 7 years. But they are worn out and need a new set built. Sadly, we have our first on the way and I just don’t have time to build a new set. Bought a set of Alpharex 2500 G2 headlights. These things are slick! See below for video.

Little update.

Daughter is now 7 months old, and moved up to a bigger car seat, one that doesn’t fit well at all in a quad cab. My wife quite uncomfortable with how she sat in it. So, I’ve told me it’s time to shop for a new one.

Well, I found a great deal on this 2022 Laramie Sport, Crew cab has an insane about it space, Ram boxes are great, 3.92 are fun! Absolutely in love with the new truck. Will miss my white truck, but family out grew it!
