Does anyone know if there is a tire inflation on the truck or do I have to air them up? Also if I do have to, does anyone know if the tires have nitrogen in them. I’m confused about it.

you have to air them up. you do not have to worry about nitrogen. the air we are breathing is 78 % nitrogen

Tires filled with nitrogen usually have green caps. Of course there is a mix of oxygen and nitrogen already in a tire since the void in there was filled with O2. The reason as I understand it to use N is that the molecules are bigger and don't sleep out as easily over time, so proper inflation is easier to maintain. You can mix the glasses without any adverse impact.
