I'm learning so don't be to harsh on me ;)

Won't changing the tire pressure trigger the dash indicator? and if so does it require Alpha to change it?
Changing the tire pressure to a value lower than the preset threshold will trigger the dash indicator. Alpha can adjust the preset threshold to eliminate the indicator. The dealer will likely not do it for you. It doesn't bother me enough to mess with it ;)

Each truck may be little different.
Always know your truck rating.

I have 3/4 ton 6 pack long bed 4x4 gas. 275/70/18 OME
I run 55psi front and 65 psi in back
Tow about 550 lbs tongue weight
800lbs in bed 500 lbs in cab.
This works well for me,

It depends on what the min threshold is set for. We have promaster vans at work for example. They want 65 in the front and 80 in the rear. In dealer connect it's programmed that the tire light will come on when the pressure drops below 55 I believe. On my truck I have duratracs on factory 17s and I like to run between 35 and 40 and have never had problems
