Tire/rim offset opinions

Hi, I have a 2014 ram 1500, stock no lift or level.

I'm looking to run a 20x9 rim that has a +20 offset. Tires are a 305/55/20 (33tall 12.6 wide) or a 295/55/20 (33 tall 12.5 wide).

Has anyone run something like this, or know someone who has with no issues?

Stock my truck has 20x9 and +19 offset with 275/60R20's. I believe if you go that wide you will need a spacer to clear the upper control arm. From everything I've read, the width of the tire is a bigger issue than the height. At least within reasonable height. I'm sure there are some guys running those sizes though somewhere here.

What you need is 0mm offset wheels. that will look great (what im going with)

I have seen a lot of locals running M/T tires on the OEM sport wheel with no clearance problems.

12.5 wide and you'll need spacers. Or 0/neg offset wheels so you're not rubbing.
