Tire upgrade going bigger

I have an 03 dodge ram 2500 2wd 17in tires
and was checking to see if the 2018 rims and tires 18 in
will fit without s lift kit ?

It will depend on the height of the tires. But an option for them is 20" wheels and P275/55R20 tires. https://tiresize.com/comparison/

P.S. If the height is different, your speedo wil be off.

It's not the size of the wheel, it's the size of the tire you put on it that matters. What size tire are you looking at?

As long as those 2018 wheels are off a 2500 or 3500 they should fit fine AFAIK
