Yesterday was a crazy warm day in northern michigan for some damn reason…so got out the foam cannon and simple green for a mid winter douche down!

Its not like I put the powerwasher nozzle an inch away from the fuse panel and let it rip, but I do spray under the hood everywhere. Never had an issue doing this. (And the torn heat shield under the hood isnt from the powerwasher lol…frikin’ red squirrel!!!!!)

Looks like you used Simple Green wash n wax? I was always afraid regular Simple Green would remove the wax.

A toothbrush is a pretty handy tool for cleaning anything in tight spots.

Nope. Just regular old simple green. Full bore, in a foam cannon.

I havnt waxed my truck in over a year. I would be surprised if there was any wax left on it in the first place. But simple green is safe and non-corrosive…not sure it would remove wax anyway.

Truck still shines good.

Years ago I had a small mobile detail business and reached out to Simple Green and was told back then it would remove wax but again that was a long time ago (early 90's). Different times now.

They make a wash n wax I've been wanting to try.
