I found a topper on Craigslist for an 09 5 1/2 ft bed. Pretty good deal right color and style.
Just to make sure I've got an 13 Quad cab express the 09 has the same bed. Right?

the quad cab has a longer bed than the crew cab. the crew cab has the 5.5' bed so I don't think it will fit yours

Sorry I have a crew cab. The full 4 door. Not used to the name yet.
