Torque specs for rear upper & lower control arms?

Hey there, just got some spohn performance rear upper & lower adjustable control arms for my 2/4 mcgnaughys deluxe drop. If anyone has torque specs it be much appreciated? Thanx in advance.

there was another post on a guy getting em and he said he had trouble with em cuz they were such a high torque spec. thats all i got it from

250 foot pounds.. thats insane. it cant be that tight i was able to take mime off with a 1 foot breaker wrench. no way my 140 lbs @$$ was able to get off 250 foot pounds while laying on my back under my truck with a 1 foot breaker wrench. It was 85 foot pounds on my ford lightning. i am about to reinstall my spohn bars again as well. would be nice to have a number.

Does anyone know the correct torque specs for upper and lower control arms???

I am getting some movement on acceleration and deceleration and I called Sphon and they said the control arms aren't tight enough.... They should be tightened to factory specs. But they didn't know what factory specs are.

By the way, they said this a common problem and they hear it all the time.

Anyone?? Thank you!

Edit: I kinda doubt that it is 250 ft lbs or is that me being clueless?

I forget which "section" but one of the threads sections has a torque list for almost everything on the Rams in the list. Ill look around for it.
