Touch Screen Not Working

Stopped at local car wash for clean and detail. Now the Touch screen won't work. Tried the reboot, that won't work, it didn't reboot. VR works, Phone works and so does back-up camera. Just no touch screen.

It's possible they used a product to clean it that is still trapped behind the bezel and "touching" the screen for you. Hopefully it's not permanently damaged. You can pop the HVAC bezel off to check.

I looked for a fuse under the hood but didn't see "radio" anywhere. Is it linked to something else?

It's possible they used a product to clean it that is still trapped behind the bezel and "touching" the screen for you. Hopefully it's not permanently damaged. You can pop the HVAC bezel off to check.

Nothing there, wiped it down again, still nothing.

Yes, there is an inline fuse just in front of the battery and the brake booster when looking from the driver side fender.

I looked both in the manual and the legend under the fuse box cover, and couldn't find a listing. The closest thing was F67, which was listed as Bluetooth/CD/DVD. Trying to reset my Uconnect 8.4.

Thanks. I contacted Infotainment where I got everything, they also suggested removing the neg batt cable.

It was toast . I tried to change out the screen and messed it up by breaking a contact ribbon. Ended up buying a radio off a fellow member. Now everything is good.

Yep. Sold it to Infotainment.

Same thing happened to me - steering wheel buttons would work, but the screen was frozen. Had to get the whole until replaced (under warranty)
