Tow mirror marker lights

Is it possible to rewire, the orange lights in the tow mirrors to stay on constantly like a running light or marker light?

I'd say it is possible .
I suppose you could pick up a 12vdc switched power on the PDC if you wanted them on whenever your fob is turned to on/ACC . Maybe install a relay off the switched power to an inline fuse then split it and run to the mirrors lights.
I may be over thinking this , you may just be able to run them to your light dial , but then you'd have to select a position on the dial for them to turn on .
Maybe someone will chime in on this , I'm interested to see what others have done .

I found this, not sure how to work with diodes though...

Just think of a diode as an electical flow check valve ( like with a fluid check valve being 》》》》》directional , on the diode direction of flow is indicated by circular bands on one end . If you install a diode and do not get the results you wer expecting just flip it 180° , you have a 50/50 chance of getting it correct even if you don't know about the band's .

I followed this write-up to a t. Post #15 was my addition to the thread if you want to see videos of them in action. It definitely gives our truck a unique look as they don't come like that from the factory and I have yet to see another RAM with tow mirror running lights.
