Towing mirror lights don’t work

I have a 16 Ram 1500, I bought new towing mirrors and lights don’t work, then bought veepeak OBD ble adapter and downloaded the app to change the mirror parameters and cannot find anywhere to do it. Any advice would be appreciated. Ty

I was able to enable mine with Alpha OBD app. There is a very in depth thread on here for it.
Which app did you use?
