Have to tow a 34’ camper 1,000 miles with 2025 Ram 1500 hurricane SO. Do have a weight distribution setup. It weighs around 7100lbs so is it advised?

What does your door sticker say?
I expect around 1200 tongue weight. Compare that to payload number.
I suspect you will be overloaded, but a one time easy drive shouldn’t kill the truck. Make sure the trailer brakes are adjusted properly.
But you are in 2500 territory

If the trailer really is 7100 lbs seems fine. Seems pretty light for 34’

My guess is that is the empty trailer weight? How much extra will be in the trailer when you pull it? That is the number that matters.

Take the trailer to a weigh station. On a trip that far, you need to be dealing with facts, not guesses. Measure your front and rear ride height before and after hooking the trailer up. I'd guess you'll at least need a WDH.
