Ordered a 2021 Laramie. Also ordered a set of limited wheels that I’ll put on it when it gets here. They are 2020 takeoffs and will have factory sensors on them. I’m sure no one can say specifics for 2021, but assuming it’s the same as 19-20....can I program these sensors to my truck myself or does a shop have to do them?

There is no "programming". It's automatic.

That sounds magic and impossible, but I’ll happily take it if it saves me a trip to a tire shop!

on my 2011 Durango, i put new wheels/tires/tpms. all i did was mount the wheels, the truck learned the new tpms sensors on its own. No extra equipment needed

If you buy some aftermarket TPMS sensors, you may have to have them programmed by your tire installer. If they are Mopar sensors, they are already programmed to communicate with the vehicle.
