So a little background...bought a new 2016 in Nov 2016 that had LT 17" wheels load rated "E". The placard on the door says that 43 psi is the suggested running pressure. So am I correct in that the TPMS lower threshold is 80% of this suggested running psi. Therefore 43psi x .80 = 34.3psi or lower(when the light should come on)?

Do I need to bring all the tires back up above the suggested 43 psi in order to get the light out, or just the one which is flashing in the EVIC screen which shows all four pressures?

Not sure what electronic / dash package you have. If it shows the truck from above and each wheel pressure it shown individually, you can just air up the one tire in RED. If it just shows a Yellow Tire warning with no specific individual pressures, you will have to check them all manually.

It is common, when it starts getting really cold out, that people start throwing low pressure tire codes due to the air inside contracting as it cools. No big deal.

If you are airing them up at anything but stone cold, you may have to run them up to 45 to get them to stay off.
